Roy Clark, now an internationally acclaimed banjo player, began life on a much different path. He emerged from an impoverished childhood to develop his innate talent for the banjo, developing a truly remarkable career along the way.

In the American Banjo Museum’s new exhibit “America’s Super Picker – Roy Clark,” visitors will explore artifacts of Clark’s career through his own words and rare photographs from his personal collection. The exhibit encompasses the full spectrum of his musical life, from his earliest musical exploits to performing with Brad Paisley at the Country Music Association awards.
