The Bricktown Beach in downtown Oklahoma City may be a faux beach, but the fun is real. The pop-up attraction returns for its fourth year May 22 and doesn’t stop the entire summer, until September 15.
The 150 tons of sand starts the 24/7 beach party, but that’s not all this temporary park offers. The beloved project has volleyball equipment, outdoor games, beach concerts and much more. The Bricktown Beach is a free public space sponsored by the Downtown Business Improvement District, JE Dunn Construction Group, the Oklahoma City Dodgers and the City of Oklahoma City.
Located at Third Base Plaza at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in downtown Oklahoma City, this summer attraction is one not to miss while trying to beat the Oklahoma heat in style.
