The Chickasaw Cultural Center invites you to experience and honor diverse, interwoven Native cultures with the Native American Heritage Day event Saturday, November 2, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Kochcha’ Aabiniili’ Amphitheater will be filled with music and a variety of artists. Cultural demonstrations and Native food samples like roasted corn and Three Sisters Stew will await visitors in the Chikasha Inchokka’ Traditional Village. You can also stop by the Spiral Garden to harvest fresh produce and pick up a free plant to take home.
Come ready to explore Native cuisine! A food truck will be on campus in addition to the Aaimpa’ Café’s tasty menu items. Plus, special discounts will be available in the Aachompa’ Gift Shops. This event is free and open to the public!
