Get excited for the annual Oklahoma Regatta Festival in Oklahoma City’s Boathouse District October 4-6! The family-friendly festival will feature competitive rowing, kayaking, dragon boat and whitewater raft racing and much more. Admission is free and open to all ages.
Of course, the Oklahoma Regatta would not be complete without the Oklahoma City University Head of Oklahoma race, a 2.5-mile course featuring college, masters and junior rowing. Every evening, the OG&E NightSprints bring night racing back to the Oklahoma River. The 500-meter sprints under the lights create an electrifying atmosphere for competitors and spectators alike.
The family festival will also feature a beer garden to enjoy during races, great food at Big Water Grill and several merchandise vendors with official event t-shirts, rowing gear and other items for purchase.
RIVERSPORT Adventures, including RIVERSPORT Rapids, will be open. Spectators are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy racing on the Oklahoma River, then check out the action at RIVERSPORT Rapids and Adventures with special festival pass pricing available.
