9 am — Registration opens at Papa’s Leather (6623 NW 23rd St., Bethany) and Harley-Davidson World (6904 W. Reno Ave., OKC)
1 pm — Wreath-laying ceremony at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum
6 pm — Last bikes in at Margarita Island (8139 NW 10th St., OKC)
7:30 pm — Winners announced, patches distributed and concert begins
