The menu features a range of carefully prepared American cuisine, including the stuffed poblano, Persimmon Hill meatloaf, wood-fired rotisserie chicken and the Redrock salad. Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with quiche, huevos rancheros and more on the menu. A variety of gluten-free options are also available.
