Join The Artesian Hotel in celebrating America’s birthday with food vendors, live music, local retailers and fireworks! The festivities will take place from 6-10 p.m. in downtown Sulphur.

Live entertainment begins at 6 p.m. on Muskogee Street with a DJ followed by the band Drive, who will play a variety of hits from the ‘60s to today, culminating in a performance of “America the Beautiful” and a patriotic dramatic reading at dusk. To wrap up the evening, the national anthem, “The Star-Spangled Banner”, will be performed at dark.

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy a fireworks display at 9:20 p.m., and join in singing the national anthem at dark. Bedré Café will be serving sandwiches, wraps and water bottles outside the café on the sidewalk area.

The event is free and open to the public. Muskogee Street will be closed for the evening’s activities, but the Artesian Hotel parking garage will remain open.
